Maybe your much loved pet has suffered ill health or has passed.
I believe loss and grief is one of the most complex challenes we can indure. Often those around us just don’t understand why we are feeling the way we do. Sometimes we don’t understand it, ourselves! People often describe it as being in a state of sadness or fog, much of the time. Perhaps you are feeling guilt and or emptiness.
The truth is no two people will experience loss and greif the same way.
I believe loss and grief can be so complex, I am not able to give it the justice it deserves in a web page such as this, so I am not going to.
